just after my scathing post on transport mayhem in urban india, i stumble across this timely recreation of the Paris velib bicycle solution in thane - FreMo.
short for freedom to move, it will, hopefully, give the city-folk required breathing space.
my cynicism will point out to the muggy weather and monsoons as reasons why the thanekar will dump this idea.
but keeping that aside, best wishes to the team and CEO, V Ramesh at FreMo.
