understanding women

lets try to understand this...

an educated, earning woman who has spent her best years in an unequal married life, always aspiring for more say in decision making, etc.

when it comes to her son, she wants her clone (or even better, even more subjugated) for a daughter-in-law.

at an elevated level, we have the gut-churning female foeticide issue.

with the numbers at play, it could not even be termed non-average behaviour.

i spend a lot of my work hours developing 'predictive models' for phenomena. i love such things. we develop, validate, calculate parameters, etc. always hinging them on observations.

i often wish i had such models available for behavior. i mean, i am sure we all have some such things in our heads based on experience, but, really, when it comes to women, weddings, and such related things, i for one fail miserably in being able to figure out how women may react.

your statements reek of confidence in the mathematical model in your head. being more experienced, i warn you, dont do it, these models could fail miserably. all models are approximations. plus, their extrapolative capability is invariably poor, unless you have hard core molecular level understanding. which, honey, i doubt you do.
