we witnessed a superb sight at around noon.
the skies had cleared from the overnight rains by around 11 noon and the sun appeared very shortly.
as we looked up, we saw this:
and we gaped and gaped through squinted eyes/wearing goggles at this:
this is supposed to be the 22 degree halo.
it has to be related to the 12 hours of drizzly rain.
